• Uploaded Images: When you use the Service, you upload photos for AI color correction processing. These images are stored temporarily on Cloudflare R2 and are automatically deleted within 24 hours after upload. We do not use your uploaded images to train AI models or for any purpose other than processing your request.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited, features used, and device type to improve the Service.
• Analytics Data: We use Google Analytics 4 ("GA4") and Microsoft Clarity to collect anonymized browsing behavior, including page views, session duration, and device characteristics. Clarity may collect heatmaps and session recordings for UX analysis purposes. No personally identifiable information is collected through these tools.

1.3 Payment Information

• Payment transactions are processed entirely by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not receive, store, or have access to your full credit card number, bank account details, or other sensitive payment data. 3.1 Volcengine Seedream API

Your uploaded images are transmitted via encrypted HTTPS connection to the Volcengine Seedream API (operated by ByteDance/Volcengine) for AI color correction processing. This is the core functionality of the Service. Images are not stored by Volcengine beyond the processing request. For more information, please review Volcengine's Privacy Policy.

3.2 Stripe

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Transaction data is shared with Stripe as required to process purchases and manage subscriptions. We do not share additional personal data with Stripe beyond what is necessary for payment processing.

3.3 Google Analytics 4 & Microsoft Clarity

These analytics services collect anonymous browsing data to help us understand how visitors use the Site. Data is processed in accordance with their respective privacy policies. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can opt out of Microsoft Clarity by visiting Microsoft Clarity's opt-out page.

3.4 Cloudflare

Important: When you upload a photo to the Service:

1. Your image is transmitted via HTTPS to our servers hosted on Cloudflare.
2. The image is then forwarded to the Volcengine Seedream API for AI-powered color correction processing.
3. The processed result is stored temporarily and made available for download.
4. Both the original and processed images are automatically deleted within 24 hours.
5. Images are not used for AI model training or any purpose beyond fulfilling your processing request.

By uploading an image, you confirm that you have the right to process the image and that it does not violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
